SPECIAL ARUNACHAL HOLIDAY IN JUST 9 DAYS (Saturday to Sunday)
Arunachal seems so far away and difficult to visit. Yet one can spend an amazing week on a special 9 day holiday brought to you by Adventure Quests. The inclusive trip is specially designed for small groups of four to six people though more can easily come if the group is larger. The best possible exposure to Arunachal in such a limited time is offered along with exciting mild adventures. The details:

Start the trip on a Saturday morning by catching the first morning flight to Dibrugarh from Calcutta. If need be reach Kolkata on a Friday evening. Flights under your arrangements.
Received at Dibrugarh and moved immediately to the heart of the Galo Tribal belt in Arunachal. A full day’s drive. Reach by dinner and rest over.
Sunday is devoted to visiting the tribe in their natural settings, seeing their villages and interacting with them.
Monday we move to an amazing 300 metres long hanging bridge on the River Siang (the Brahmaputra is called Siang in Arunachal Pradesh). Then we commence a two day trek to less visited villages of the Minyong tribe. Night is spent in a home stay with a family in one of the villages of the tribe; an interesting experience of tribal village life.
By Tuesday evening we trek back to the banks of the Siang where we camp on the river side, quietly close to nature.
Wednesday and  Thursday are rafting/kayaking days. The rafting/kayaking ends near Pasighat to which township we move for the night.
Saturday is a jeep safari deep into Eastern Siang, visiting the Adi Padam and the Idu Mishmi tribes which is quite different from what we have so far seen. After lunch in a tribal village we head back for Pasighat and finish seeing the composite culture of this town.
Sunday is spent driving back to Dibrugarh including the experience of a long two to three hour ferry on the mighty Brahmaputra. Overnight at Dibrugarh and then dropped at Dibrugarh airport on Sunday so that you can be back home by Sunday evening.
Ideal from mid October to March. Very hot in April and May and thereafter heavy rains rule out this holiday till mid October. Costs Rs. 41,000 per person for land package when in a group of four to six people. Includes all meals as per the itinerary, all accommodation on twin sharing basis, all entry charges, all rafting, trekking and safari arrangements including rafting equipment, ferry charges, dedicated English cum Hindi guide from start to finish who is from the region and knows the local tribes, all transportation by a dedicated Sumo or similar jeep, all taxes.
Excludes Arunachal permit cost (if applicable), singles supplement extra if desiring single accommodation, personal expenses such as laundry, alcohol, beverages, tobacco, telephony, flight costs, medical related expenses of any nature or kind due to any reasons such as ill health, past history, injury on the trip, etc.
